- Your phone number entered into the text box
- Your IP address
- Date and Time of your registration
- A Twitter safety token which is delivered to twitwoop from Twitter after you grant twitwoop access to your account on the Twitter website
twitwoop stores the following data after a call on one of the twitwoop phone numbers
- Your caller ID
- Date and time of your call
- The recorded message
Your voice message will be published on the internet and can be opened by anybody who is aware of the link to the file, especially your followers who will automatically get informed about the existence of the file by an entry in your timeline.
Access authorisation and data safety
The twitter safety token will be delivered to twitwoop using the so called OAuth procedure. We want to point out that transmitting data over IP networks especially over public internet can be insecure. twitwoop does not take any responsibility for security risks.
Using the Twitter token twitwoop is able to change your Twitter account settings. You agree that twitwoop may use this token to publish the link to your voicemessage into your personal Twitter timeline.
The following messages will be sent into your timeline:
- A tweet message after you signed up to twitwoop. This message will be sent once after you entered the my twitwoop area for the first time.
- A tweet message for every single voice message you leave from one of your registered phones. This message will contain a link to the twitwoop website where the file can be opened.
You furthermore accept to receive private messages from twitwoop on your private account or become informed about new twitwoop services or features using your registered phone number.
By signing up to twitwoop you automatically become a follower of twitwoop on Twitter.
You can delete the twitwoop messages from your timeline at any time because those were placed acting on your behalf. Deleting the files however can only be done by calling one of twitwoop’s numbers where you can delete your number and all of your data.
Revoke access authorisation
Revoking twitwoop’s access to your account can be done at any time. Just log into your Twitter account and choose “Connections” in the “Settings” menu. By clicking Revoke access your authorisation will immediately be deleted. Revoking access does NOT delete your files. To delete your account and files follow this procedure:
1. Call a twitwoop number and delete your number using the voice menu navigation. This will delete your files and your number from the system. If you have registered an additional number do so with a second call using your other phone.
2. Revoke access using the procedure explained above AFTER you have finished Step 1.
